Returns

We at Ozzi Cozi, will try our utmost to provide guaranteed quality goods and service, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your goods to us unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please be aware, due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of briefs and underwear that are worn, marked or washed If goods are returned after 30 days and/or are not in their original condition we reserve the right to refuse the return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please email us at info@ozzicozi.co.uk  stating the reason for return, with the order number and description of the item you are returning.

We will respond to your e-mail within 72 hours and provide a return label and a form to be filled and enclosed with the returns.

Return packaging and postage costs are the buyers responsibility (Unless items are defective/damage/incorrect upon receipt). We recommend you use a traceable & insured shipment method as this will cover both parties under the returns policy. We are not liable for any returns that are damaged or lost in transit on their way back to us.

If your item is defective/damage or incorrect, please accept our apologies and we will seek to reimburse the postage cost for the return of the goods. We recommend you keep a receipt as proof of postage for this process as this may be required to reimburse your postage cost.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.

     

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ozzicozi.co.uk.

     

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ozzicozi.co.uk and send your item to the above address.

     

    Shipping

    Once you have completed the order process for your item(s), a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered with us. Once the order is shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

    We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days and you can expect your order to arrive in UK destinations within 7 days. (See below for EU & Rest of the World)

    Should you not receive your parcel after 14 days please contact us immediately, at info@ozzicozi.co.uk  before expiration of 28 days so we can contact our carrier. Failure to inform us of non-delivery within 28 days from the date of order will make null and void any claim against Ozzi Cozi for non-receipt of goods.

     Please remember to include the order reference quoted online when corresponding by email.

    All orders are despatch with tracking information and may require signature upon delivery

    Please note that we will not ship to P.O. Box addresses. If you have placed an order that you would like shipped to a P.O. Box we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and will issue you with a refund.

    International orders are supplied without UK VAT charges. Please note, the customer is liable for any local tax, duty, and custom charges that are applicable in the country of destination. This includes all EU countries from 1st January 2021. We are unable to predict or calculate what fees will be applied
